Terms of Service

01 · Acceptance

By accessing or using Wokkult AutoTrader — including the website, member dashboard, Discord server, and any signal feeds — you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

02 · Not Financial Advice

All signals are the automated output of an algorithmic trading bot. Nothing here constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to place any trade. Wokkult is NOT a registered investment advisor, broker, or financial professional.

Signals are generated by a machine learning algorithm and are shared for informational and educational purposes only. The system has no knowledge of your financial situation, risk tolerance, or investment goals.

03 · Bot Output Only

AutoTrader is a fully automated system. Signals are produced by a model trained on historical Kalshi BTC 15-minute market data. Signal output is mechanical — it does not constitute a personalized recommendation. You are using algorithmic output, not financial guidance.

04 · Your Sole Responsibility

Any trades you place are entirely your own decision. You accept full responsibility for any profits or losses. Wokkult and this Service bear zero liability for any financial outcome resulting from your use of this information.

05 · Risk Acknowledgment

Trading and prediction markets involve substantial risk of loss. You must acknowledge the following before using this Service:

Past bot performance does NOT guarantee future results.
You may lose all money you invest.
Only use money you can afford to lose entirely.
The bot operates 24/7 and may place trades during volatile or adverse market conditions.
System outages, API failures, or model errors may result in missed trades or unintended losses.

06 · Results Transparency

Bot performance — wins, losses, win rate, and P&L — is posted publicly and honestly. We do not cherry-pick results. Historical metrics reflect actual live system output and are not backtested projections.

07 · Confidentiality

Signals shared in paid channels and the member dashboard are for your personal use only. Sharing, screenshotting, or redistributing signals outside of this Service violates your membership agreement and may result in immediate removal with no refund.

All signals are associated with your account. Unauthorized redistribution will be treated as a material breach of these Terms.

08 · Subscription & No Refunds

Access to the Service is provided through paid subscriptions managed via Whop or Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Subscription fees are non-refundable once charged.

If you believe there has been a billing error, contact us within 48 hours of the charge via Discord or the member dashboard.

09 · Account Responsibility

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and Kalshi API keys. Do not share account access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these Terms.

10 · Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wokkult AutoTrader and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service — including trading losses, missed opportunities, or system downtime.

11 · Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after updates are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via Discord.
