01 · What We Collect

When you create an account or subscribe, we collect:

Email address and account credentials
Kalshi API keys you provide for bot execution (encrypted at rest)
Trading activity and performance data generated by the AutoTrader system on your account
Basic usage data (logins, dashboard activity)

02 · How We Use It

Your data is used exclusively to:

Authenticate your account and provide access to the Service
Execute automated trades on your behalf via the Kalshi API
Display your performance dashboard
Send Discord signal alerts
Aggregate anonymized P&L statistics shown on the site (no individual data exposed)

03 · API Keys

Your Kalshi API keys are encrypted before storage. They are only decrypted in memory during active bot operation and are never logged, shared, or transmitted to third parties.

04 · Third Parties

We use the following third-party services:

Kalshi — trade execution platform (CFTC-regulated)
Stripe / Whop — subscription billing (we do not store card data)
Discord — signal delivery
DigitalOcean — infrastructure hosting

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes.

05 · Data Retention

Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after cancellation. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time via Discord or the member dashboard.

06 · Security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, AES at rest for API keys), CSRF protection, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure — use a strong unique password and do not share your account.

07 · Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via Discord. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
